The first main quality of a good leader is he should have confidence in himself. He should be a good role model for others. He should attract everyone by his good activities. He should maintain a good image. A good leader should have certain basic qualities like punctuality, attentiveness, respect for everyone, care for others, treating everyone equally etc. He should think that he should be perfect in everything. His mind should be stable and he should be able to solve different types of problems. Day by day he should improve himself and increase his capacities as a good leader. If these qualities are followed by everyone, each and every one can become a good and perfect leader.
