A PLACE FOR EVERYTHING AND EVERYTHING IN ITS PLACE

1-0x0

In my house there is aplace allocated for each and everything. But in the II term of std IV I lost my GK. book. I had totally forgotten, where I had kept the book. I went to check with my class teacher also if my GK book was with her. Oneday since my aunty wanted to see my childhood photos, I opened my Std II school bag. And what a surprise I got my G.K. book. I was very happy and from that day I always used to check if I keep my things in its place.

I then understood the importance of having a place for everything and arranging everything in its place.

I keep my shoes in the shoe rack.

I help my mother in keeping the vegetables and fruits in the fridge.

My mother tells me to keep the classroom and home clean.

We put the waste only in the dustbin.

I keep my things safely in its place.

My father keeps the car in the shed only.

We switch off the lights and fans when we don’t use it.

I arrange my bed when I wake up in the morning.

My father will wash the fish tank and the car.

When things we use are kept in their place we need not search for them when we need. It is easier to find things and it looks nice when everything is kept in its place. If books are not kept in the bookshelf we may forget to take our books to school and it may also get lost. Dirty clothes must be put in the laundry bag. Shoes should be placed in the shoe stand. Keys should be hung in the wall. Keeping the things in their respective places makes our house look neat.

To avoid losing things we should keep everything in its place.

Shoes should be kept in the shoe rack.

Gold should be safe so it should be kept in the locker.

If we don’t keep milk, fruit and vegetables in fridge, they will get spoilt.

A car should be kept in the shed.

If everything is kept in its place we may not waste time searching or losing it.

I will help my mother to keep the vegetables in the fridge in the proper place.

I will keep the books in the book shelf.

I will keep the house clean and put the garbage in the dustbin.

I will keep the pencil in the pencil box.

I will tell my friends also to do the same thing.

Searching for things misplaced and forgotten makes us angry and stressed when we do not find them in times of need. Keeping everything in its place should become a habit.

We Should keep our things in its place if not, our room will be very dirty. We should keep the toilet kit in the bathroom and toys in a cupboard, Shoes and slippers in the shelf and our school bag in its place. We should not keep our school books all over the room but keep it carefully in our bag. We should not tear paper and throw it all over the room instead we must put it in the dustbin.

Keeping things we use everyday, in a particular place help us to find them when we need, or else we will be wasting a lot of time searching for them. So it is better to have a place for everything and everything in its place.

This saying is told many times by my mother and also by my Vice Principal. But I felt it really when I had to search for my shoes on a Monday morning when I was told that my cousins are coming home, I threw away my shoes in excitement. My mother told me to check if I had kept all things in its place, but I refused to do so because I was too excited. But I felt the importance of keeping things in its place, only when I was searching for my shoes on a Monday morning. It was a hectic day for me as I did not get my shoes and had to get scoldings from my mother and also my teachers for being late to school.

From then I never forget to keep my things in its place.
