On a sunny day in May, I was waiting at the Chennai Airport waiting for the call of Jet Airways Delhi flight. My family and I had planned a weeklong trip to Kulu Manali and Shimla. We had to travel in a flight to Delhi and rent a car and go to the hill stations. Finally, after two long hours, which felt like eternity, we boarded the flight and we were speeding past Chennai. We reached Delhi and took a car to Shimla. There were not many places to visit but we enjoyed the cool climate. From there we went to Kulu and the climate there was even cooler. But the best part was going to the Rhotang pass in Manali. That was the best day of my life. I saw snow and snowflakes for the first time in my life. I played in the snow for hours forgetting the entire world and time. Finally my Mom told me it was time to leave and we came back to the Delhi airport to take the flight to Chennai. We reached Chennai with joyous memories of the time spent in three different hill stations. That was the best summer vacation that I ever had and would ever have.

In the Gloomy night,
The enticing moonbeam sparkles through the horizon,
The lucent star dances over the sky.
Showering the landscape with stardust,
Pouring out a shower of cool breeze
The pure warmth of the night sky,
The ambility of the stars,
The exquisite of the supernova,
Everything is so pure.
The whole sky is colourfully painted by the God
and here she is stupidly waiting for that
miracle to happen.
In the world full of darkness,
She wished to see the ablaze everywhere.
She never stopped flying and moreover,
She was just sparkling with radiance!
Like the ferocious eagle,
She did rise up to the horizon
Like the flowers shower with fragrance,
The same way she did pour out her
Fragrance to the world.
The way she admired herself was more beautiful than
The galaxies out there.
The way she believed herself was more powerful than
The black holes out there.
And yes, she is raising up higher and higher in the soufflé of clouds.
In the late twilight,
The stars start to cherish the cosmos,
The sky gets darker and darker,
The moon gets brighter and brighter,
The sun gets deeper and deeper,
And there she is, radiating kindness like a candle!
