We must not eat junk food because they contain too many calories and fats. Nowadays in our busy schedule, keeping our body fit and healthy is essential. We must meditate to keep our mind calm. We must include physical activities like football, volley ball, cycling, swimming etc.,.which keeps our body fit.A balanced diet includes intake of nutritionlike carbohydrates, vitamins, proteins, minerals and even fats but in the right amount. Hence, we must keep our body healthy and fit.

Health is a very important aspect of life for everyone. Nothing is more important than health and fitness for any human being. Healthy and fit people live their life happily and peacefully without any diseases. An unhealthy person cannot enjoy life to its full extent. One cannot enjoy, if they are not healthy and fit. It is true that our ancestors have said that ‘health is wealth’. We have to eat a balanced diet, fruits, vegetables, cereals, dry fruits, etc., Our body needs sufficient amount of proteins, vitamins, minerals, etc., We should also involve ourselves in physical activities like jogging, yoga, aerobics, etc. Students life is incomplete without physical exercise. Physical activities are as important as their studies. The reason is that physical exercise makes the student to stay fit both physically and mentally which will help them to concentrate on their studies. Eat balanced diet, do physical exercises to stay fit and to be healthy.

Health is the most important aspect of our life. There is nothing more crucial than health for any human being. When we are healthy we are able to enjoy our life well. When our health is not at its best, we are unable to take / do anything. Our health is more valuable than our wealth. In fact, our elders have said that :
“Health is Wealth”
To maintain good health at its best all the time, we need to take care of hygiene and sanitation around us. We must eat healthy and complete diet. Fitness is needed to stay on top of physical health. Physical and mental fitness is important for a person to be successful. We can maintain mental fitness by regularly exercising. We can improve our physical fitness by exercising regularly in the morning and evening. When we are physically fit we feel confident. We won’t be affected by diseases. Maintaining health and fitness need not be costly. We need to devote some attention and time to these aspects or otherwise we may have to spend money for medicines and treatments.
