Health and Fitness are like our two hands,without this we can’t live a proper life. At first we have to maintain health by maintaining a healthy DIETby not eating fast foods, oily snacks etc. Taking vegetables, fruits, milk, sprouts, greens, roots and some more nutritious foods are called healthy DIET. This makes us healthy. We should consume ¾ of vegetables and ¼ of rice in an energy filled meal. This makes us brisk, energetic and active too. On the other hand we have to maintain fitness too. Fitness is the one which keeps us popular, proper and gives a good shape to our body. For fitness we have to exercise daily for 30-40 minutes every morning. We should walk early in the morning which gives us pure oxygen and more vitamin D. Vitamin D is very essential for proper growth & strength. In this Google generation, kids are always playing on smart phones, Tablet’s etc. So we should make them play in the playground in mild sunlight. This increases their breathing rate. This makes their muscles very strong practicing yoga every day makes our brain and body to connect. Remember that our body should be well hydrated to get energy. We must take much care of our health and be fit.

Health and Fitness takes a major role in life. The maintence of health and fitness helps a person to be in good condition for well – being. Nutritional needs are important for our life which makes us healthy and fit. If growing children are not given enough amount of high calorie diet with all nutrients, it will result in retarded physical growth which will affect our health and fitness. When we enjoy the positives of health, the occasional pain will become just a part of body’s mechanism. We will slowly and steadily accept the pain because we have learnt to celebrate our well-being. Happiness also makes us Healthy and Fit. When we love ourselves, it wouldn’t matter how the model in the advertisement looks like. We will never come across a finer work of art and machinery like our body.
