Journalism is a profession where you have to be more disciplined and well equipped. We have to be more informative. We have to refer to a lot of books and know more about our ancient history. This is the only one profession where we can know about all the fields and help whomever we want. People who join this profession have no holidays. They have to keep moving from one place to another and their life is more interesting and risky. They have to overcome all the obstacles independently and move forward. They work on different fields and collect all types of information. They have to be confident and brave to face all the situations.
They have to work hard to deliver a single message. Hatsoff to those gentlemen and women involved in the field of journalism.

I, as a dynamic student of India, adapting to the changing trends in the society, adore the profession of Journalism. It is something which I think is much more than just a profession. It is a passion and would require the utmost dedication. Journalists are the voice of a common man. They have an intense effect on the life of the people living in a country. It teaches the students, how reciprocative they have to be, towards the society for all that the society has provided them with. At the same time, it also teaches the students, how responsible they have to be to change themselves for their future, so that the world is not the same corrupted, selfish and irresponsible, that it had been for so many years. In short, I would love to become a humble, honest and a bold journalist.

Journalism is one such profession where one risks his or her own life in dangerous situations. Journalism also has its pros and cons. One has to be familiar with the world affairs, one has to face the most unseen and unforeseen circumstances in life. Journalism provides a platform to travel all over the world and inturn experience the various aspects of socio-economic situations. Journalism widens one’s way of life to discover one’s true potential, as it is a profession which relates one’s life to the realistic world.
Journalists are exposed to meet different genre of people, who have worked so tirelessly and reached unimaginable heights in life. They also tend to meet world class personalities, VIP’s all around and tend to have press conferences which some of them would have just dreamt of in their lives. Many weren’t allowed to or weren’t interested in taking journalism as their profession in life. But, now the irony is that, only women are more in number compared to men. One has to be always alert and one must be on call 24×7 for this profession.
Journalism isn’t just a profession, journalism is a life in itself!

My ambition is to become a journalist. I know that journalism is not that easy to study. But I like it. I watch all interviews whichever comes on Television. I also like to watch TV shows particularly for interviews like Koffee with DD and Koffee with Karan. I get inspired by the way they communicate and interview the star celebrity. To become a journalist, I need to develop my communication and writing skills for that I have to read a lot of novels. I do read many novels especially Chetan Bhagat’s.
“I am confident thatone day I will become a great Journalist!”
