“Actions speak more than words” I strongly feel that forgiving is the best way to enhance morality and passion towards ourselves and our nation. Just as how Gandhi followed the path of AHIMSA, if we follow the path of FORGIVENESS we will be able to create a better nation than that of Gandhi’s Golden period. Forgiving others should be made a practice. And it will in turn uplift our ‘prestige’ and ‘power’. It not only makes our life happy and prosperous, but also the lives of people surrounding us and who depend upon us. The best way to inscribe our life in the world after we leave is to FORGIVE AND FORGET.

Forgiveness is one of the most wonderful abilities that we human beings have. People are not perfect all the time, they all do mistakes, but the good thing is that they are able to move on. Love runs away from a person who cannot forgive and life without love has no meaning. The practice of forgiveness is sometimes really hard but not impossible, because our soul has the ability to forgive. Authors and famous people of all times were fascinated by this concept and some wrote inspiring lines like “Reinhold Neibuhr” who was the first to say that “Forgiveness is the final form of love.” Here he says that forgiveness is the divine answer of our existence. It does not come easily and it cannot be forced but it is a way of thinking that has to be chosen. “Thus forgiveness is the noblest form of love.”
Mahatma Gandhi says that “the weak can never forgive, forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.” We often think forgiveness is easy, but it is not true. At times it is very painful and yet there is no peace without forgiveness. Unless we learn to forgive, we can never love a person whole-heartedly. As we all know, “To err is human, to forgive is divine.” Sometimes the people around us may hurt us. But, by forgiving them and not holding grudge against them, we can lead a peaceful life. Don’t ever think forgiveness makes people to do mistakes again, but it is a mere chance given to the other person to realize their mistakes. This makes relationships stronger and can sure change the future. As Mahatria also says, “Forgiveness is giving up my right to hurt you for hurting me,” which means that we won’t try to hurt people whom we love and so you can’t forgive without loving. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that; so forgiveness is the noblest form of love. Therefore hold on to love, prayer and forgiveness which will make the world more beautiful.

“Forgiveness is the fragrance that the violet sheds on the heel that has crushed it” said Mark Twain. Forgiveness is the most wonderful way of showing others that we LOVE. All of us are not perfect, we all do mistakes but the good thing we are all able to do is to FORGIVE and MOVE ON. Love runs away from a person who does not forgive. Life without love makes no sense. According to a universal saying “The first to apologize is the bravest, The first to forgive is the strongest and The first to forget is the happiest…” Forgiveness is defined as the intentional and voluntary process by which a person undergoes changes in feelings and attitude towards or regarding an offence, letting go off negative emotions Forgiveness: is not condemning is not excusing is not pardoning is not forgetting nor is it reconciling but it is ABSOLVING or giving up all claims.
