Mrs.Radhamani - Founder Principal,
With over 27 years of experience in school education, Radhamani has established herself as a dedicated and visionary leader. Joining NSN in 1998 as a primary English teacher, she progressed through various roles, ultimately becoming the Principal of the Matriculation school. Her commitment to academic excellence and growth has been evident throughout her career.
Radhamani has enhanced her leadership skills through various professional courses like Educational Leadership program, NABET Assessors training program and Training Of Trainers program by the CBSE, to name a few, enabling her to drive curriculum development, teaching & mentoring, and overall administration effectively. She has also been a member of the Inspection committee of CBSE - Affiliation. She conducts capacity building programs as a Registered Resource Person of the CBSE - Centre Of Excellence. Also conducts in-house training to empower the teaching faculty in the school. She has also played a key role in securing 100% results in the board exam throughout her career as principal.Her Key Strengths are : Academic Excellence ; Leadership ; Curriculum Development ; Teaching and Mentoring ; Operations; Planning and Event Organization .
