I went to mars with my friends Spandan Dash and Sriyan Sankarnarayanan in my LSS (Loyd’s Space Ship). A spaceship with a dream, a gym and a mini space library. I was so excited. We reached Mars and took our picnic bags. It had sandwiches, pakodas, lemon soda and french fries. We took the mat and tried to spread it but in vain (due to less gravity) we couldn’t spread it. Then we sat on the mat the next nanosecond (0.0001th of a second) the mat touched Martain ground. We took the sandwiches and made it to fly to our mouths. My sandwich accidentally went up and up. Spandan and Sriyan laughed and passed another sandwich. I tried to talk but my mouth was full of sandwich bread. Spandan and I went inside the spaceship to check if any malfunction is there while Sriyan went for a walk outside. He returned showing photos of canyons, lakebeds and mountains including Olympus Mons. We started the spaceship engine and returned to Earth. The crew felt an increase in weight due to weightlessness in space. We went home. When I reached my home, I started thinking about another picnic in another planet. Maybe I will go to Moon sometime; May be I will……
